We are pleased to announce the launch of Ensemble AI, a professional services business dedicated to helping enterprises deploy and adopt advanced analytics, machine learning and AI.
Our belief is that AI represents a disruptive and transformational shift for businesses. It will have deep implications for the way that they operate, how they interact with their customers and employees, and the products and services that they deploy.
Our aim is to help our clients navigate this complex technology shift in order to quickly seize the opportunity rather than be disrupted by it.
Both of us were fortunate to play a key role in the last major shift in enterprise IT, cloud computing. Together, we built two of the industry's most successful “born in the cloud” professional services firms, helping more than 400 enterprise organisations and many of the worlds largest and industry leading businesses take their first steps and then scale in the cloud:
Benjamin co-founded and acted as the CTO of Contino, a VC backed AWS Premier Partner which grew into a 400 person business across London, New York and Australia before being acquired by Cognizant in late 2019.
Meanwhile, Pontus acted as the CEO and co-founder of Cloudreach, an AWS Premier Partner known for its expertise in consulting, managed services and AWS resale for global enterprises. Cloudreach grew to encompass 750 employees across 12 offices in 8 countries before it's acquisition by Atos in late 2021.
Our journeys with Contino and Cloudreach taught us invaluable lessons about enterprise technology transformation. We witnessed firsthand the transformative power of cloud computing and how it reshaped entire industries. Now, as we stand on the precipice of a new era defined by AI and data capabilities, we're eager to leverage our past experiences to help businesses harness the potential of these emerging technologies.
We see significant parallels between the early days of cloud adoption and the current landscape of AI and data. It has similar implications for technology infrastructure, for operating models and business models, and has similar skills, security and compliance implications. Just as enterprises once sought expert guidance to navigate the complexities of cloud migration, they now require assistance in unlocking the full potential of AI and data in their operations.
